Broadway @ 4th: Yet Another Downtown Blockbuster!

Central City Development Group is set to be a major player in the transformation of the Downtown Los Angeles Skyline.  It has been generations since a high-rise building has debuted on Broadway, but the introduction of the mixed-use structure Broadway @ 4th will be twice as tall as any other building in the historic core of downtown.   The 450 unit, 34 story project will be one of the tallest buildings in the Southland.  A building of such size in a city with such strict zoning laws meant that intense restrictions and building code had to be satisfied.  For this reason, head architect Doug Hanson selected Hamid Behdad of CCDG to serve as lead property consultant.  With more than 35 years of experience as building consultant for Los Angeles, Hamid Behdad was able to use his expertise to make a project of this magnitude become a reality.
